Ventricular preexcitation

V.F. 54 yrs, male; ventricular pre-excitation symptomatic for palpitations episodes.

Electrocardiogram obtained before extrardiac surgery. The Patient complains for palpitations, but has no story of syncope or other major arrhytmic problems. The short atrioventricular activation time is well evident (PQ: 100 ms) and a "delta" wave consistent with an inferior pseudonecrosis pattern is typical for the type "B" Wolf Parkinson White.

Vectorcardiogram of the three P-QRS-T loops: even if the slackening of the initial QRS electrical forces is not so evident in this representation it's otherwise relevant the postero-superior-left displacement fo the entire ventricular complex.
